1. Acceptance
By creating a GenForge AI account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. One person or organisation per account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or illegal activity.
3. Credits
Generations consume credits at the rates published on the pricing page. Credit costs may change as model prices change. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle; purchased credit packs do not expire.
4. Acceptable use
You may not generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, deceptive deepfakes of real people without consent, or that infringes intellectual property. We use automated and manual abuse controls.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you write. On paid plans you own the outputs you generate, subject to the underlying model providers' terms, and may use them commercially.
6. Availability
AI models are provided by third parties. We may add, change or remove models and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
