Question 1

What is GenForge AI?

Accepted Answer

GenForge AI is an all-in-one AI creation studio. From one dashboard you can generate images, videos, animations, voiceovers and talking avatars, then download everything from your personal library.

Question 2

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan gives you a credit balance. Each generation deducts credits depending on the type — images cost a few credits, videos cost more because they take far more compute. Your balance is always visible in the dashboard.

Question 3

Do unused credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy separately do not expire.

Question 4

Can I use the results commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On paid plans you own the output of your generations and may use them commercially, subject to our Terms of Service.

Question 5

What if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance and you will see a notification explaining what happened.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you support?

Accepted Answer

We support international card payments in USD and are adding local Nigerian payment options. Subscriptions and one-off credit packs are both supported.

Question 7

Does it work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GenForge AI is fully responsive and tested on iPhone, Android, iPad, tablets and desktop.
