Failed generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. No ticket is needed.
Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
Unused credits
Because credits are consumed instantly by third-party AI compute, spent credits are non-refundable.
Billing errors
Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts are refunded in full within 7 working days of being reported.
